A broad fort plateau reached by a stepped path that turns into a waterfall in the rain.
Representative AURALIS trek photograph — not shot on this route.
Visapur sits next to the better-known Lohagad and is the larger of the two. In monsoon the stone staircase up the side becomes a shallow waterfall you climb directly through, which is either the best or worst part of the day depending on your shoes. On top the plateau is wide and open with old fortification walls, water cisterns and views across to Lohagad.
